Catering Policies
Cancellation Notice | All cancellations must be received in the Food Service Office three (3) working days prior to the scheduled event. Failure to do so will result in charges incurred from event purchases. |
Delivery | There is a $35.00 delivery charge for non-district building orders under $300.00. |
Late fee | A 2% late fee will be added to invoices over 60 days after the event. |
Pricing | Preprinted menu prices may vary due to market price fluctuation and product availability. A service fee may be applicable. |
School Closings | In the event of school closings, the catering will be considered void unless other arrangements are made. |
Rentals | All pre-established prices in the listings reflect food, labor, paper products and overhead. It DOES NOT cover rentals of linens, tables, or decorating fees. Ask for pricing on these services when placing your catering order. |
Group Pricing | Price adjustments may be possible for large group orders. Check with us when placing your orders. |
When to Order | Orders should be placed three (3) work days prior to your event to coordinate with our scheduled orders/deliveries |
