Drop Off / Pick Up Procedures

Arrival Procedures

Drop off begins at 8:25 a.m. Our orange guy will wave and signal that it is time to come into the building.

We have two zones: A north zone and a south zone. You will enter into the parking lot depending on which way you are coming from. Students may exit all along the sidewalk and front of the building. Please only exit out of the right side of the vehicle. You do not need to wait for an adult to come to your car to let you out. We kindly ask that you refrain from cell phone use while dropping off your students. Below is a short video of our procedure.

Dismissal Procedures

Dismissal begins at 3:35 p.m. If you are picking up your child at dismissal time we ask that you park your car in our lot. Please walk up to the grassy area between the parking lot and the building and wait for your student to come to you.

• We know that it gets congested during dismissal for about a 10 minute duration.
• Please take turns letting people out to exit the parking lot.
• There is no exit on the North parking lot entrance.

Early Pick up

If you are picking up your child early, you may pull up to the front of the building, come in and sign your student out on the clipboard in the vestibule.
